NOMINATIONS FOR THE KLÖCKNER & CO SE’S SUPERVISORY BOARD
Duisburg, April 4, 2011 – On the recommendation of its Nominating Committee, Klöckner & Co SE’s Supervisory Board will propose to the shareholders at the regular Annual General Meeting in Düsseldorf on May 20 to reelect Prof. Dr. Dieter H. Vogel, Chairman of Lindsay Goldberg Vogel GmbH, and Dr. Michael Rogowski, former Chairman of the Management Board of Voith AG, and to elect Ms. Hauke Stars, Managing Director of Hewlett-Packard (Schweiz) GmbH, as members of the Supervisory Board. Frank H. Lakerveld’s term of office as member of the Supervisory Board will end at this year’s Annual General Meeting. He is not standing as a candidate for another term of office.
With this proposal the Supervisory Board is complying with its nomination criteria which were amended in 2010 and which, amongst professional skills, also take into account elements of diversity.
