Remuneration System Management Board

The remuneration system for the Management Board in its current version was approved by the Annual General Meeting on May 23, 2024 with a majority of 78.91% of valid votes cast. Further information with respect to the aforementioned resolution can be found in the invitation to the Annual General Meeting 2024.

The Supervisory Board of the Company subsequently resolved on the same day to apply that remuneration system and determine the remuneration of the members of the Management Board in accordance with that remuneration system retroactively as of January 1, 2024.

   

The previous remuneration system for the Management Board 2021 required to be published which was approved by the Annual General Meeting on May 12, 2021 with a majority of 71,2% of valid votes cast is available below. The Supervisory Board of the Company subsequently resolved on May 12, 2021 to apply that remuneration system as of May 12, 2021 and determine the remuneration of the members of the Management Board in accordance with that remuneration system. The remuneration system for the Management Board 2021 applied until December 31, 2023 (safe for continued applicability due to grandfathering of existing contracts).
